In 2005, Beijing Vibrant Oilfield Material Supply Co., Ltd. was established. In the same year, it obtained the agency qualification for import and export trades. With the business scope expanding continually, it began to engage in product procurement and sales.
In 2008, Beijing Vibrant Oilfield Material Supply Co., Ltd. Obtained the ISO9001 Quality Management System Certification.
In 2009, Beijing Vibrant International Logistics Co., Ltd. was established and obtained the Customs Declaration Registration Certificate approved by Beijing Customs, with more than 10 professional customs declarers. In the same year, Beijing Vibrant Oilfield Material Supply Co., Ltd. obtained the Certificate of Accreditation of Radiation Safety approved by the Environmental Protection Bureau, which means that it can engage in the import and export sales of Class III, IV and V radioactive sources.
In 2010, it reached a strategic partnership with Poly Group and began to act as an agent for the import and export of civilian explosives.
In 2011, it obtained a road transportation permit and has its own professional vehicles and drivers engaged in the transportation services.
In 2012, the Chengdu office was established and it joined China Customs Brokers Association as a council member in the same year.
In 2013, Beijing Vibrant International Logistics Co., Ltd. obtained the ISO9001 Quality Management System Certification.
In 2014, the self-developed declaration system was put into use.
In 2015, Vibrant Oilfield became a member of the first batch obtaining AEO General Enterprise Certification granted by the customs, and obtained the qualification of pre-classification services approved by the China Customs Brokers Association.
In 2016, Vibrant (Hong Kong) International Logistics Co., Ltd. and Hainan branch were registered and established
In 2017, the round-trip transportation among oilfield service bases in Huizhou, Shenzhen, Zhanjiang and Hainan was put into operation.
In 2020, Vibrant entered the Qianhai Free Trade Zone in Shenzhen. With the help of the preferential policies given by the customs, it realized the connection of mainland China-Hong Kong transportation and offered the services of customs declaration and warehousing in special customs areas
